본 약관은 히든도어(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건 및 절차를 규정합니다. 본 서비스는 만 19세 이상 성인만 이용할 수 있습니다.
본 서비스는 욕설·혐오·성적·불법 콘텐츠 및 타인을 괴롭히는 행위에 대해 무관용 원칙(zero tolerance)을 적용합니다. 이용자는 가입 시 본 정책에 동의해야 하며, 위반 시 사전 통지 없이 콘텐츠 삭제 및 계정 영구 정지될 수 있습니다.
이용자는 타인의 권리를 침해하거나, 허위 정보를 등록하거나, 부적절한 콘텐츠를 게시해서는 안 됩니다. 신고된 콘텐츠는 24시간 이내 검토·조치됩니다.
유료 재화(열쇠)는 Apple App Store / Google Play의 결제 시스템을 통해 구매되며, 환불은 각 스토어 정책을 따릅니다.
회사는 이용자 간 매칭 결과 및 이용자가 게시한 콘텐츠에 대해 법이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.

本規約は、hiddendoor（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件および手続きを定めます。本サービスは満19歳以上の成人のみ利用できます。
本サービスは、暴言・差別・性的・違法なコンテンツおよび他者への迷惑行為に対し無寛容（ゼロトレランス）の原則を適用します。利用者は登録時に本ポリシーへ同意するものとし、違反した場合は事前通知なくコンテンツの削除およびアカウントの永久停止が行われることがあります。
利用者は、他者の権利を侵害し、虚偽の情報を登録し、または不適切なコンテンツを掲載してはなりません。通報されたコンテンツは24時間以内に審査・対応します。
有料アイテム（鍵）はApple App Store / Google Playの決済システムを通じて購入され、返金は各ストアのポリシーに従います。
当社は、利用者間のマッチング結果および利用者が掲載したコンテンツについて、法律が許す範囲で責任を負いません。

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using hiddendoor ("the Service"). The Service is available only to adults aged 19 and over.
The Service applies a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive, hateful, sexual, or illegal content and toward harassment of others. Users must agree to this policy upon sign-up; violations may result in removal of content and permanent account suspension without prior notice.
Users must not infringe the rights of others, register false information, or post inappropriate content. Reported content is reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours.
Paid items (Keys) are purchased through the Apple App Store / Google Play payment systems, and refunds follow each store's policy.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for matching outcomes between users or for content posted by users.
